 · Two feeding systems are available for customers at customer's choice, mamely the four-shaft front roller feeding system and the ejector back-kicking feeding system.
 · The built-in skip(intermittent)feeding feature makes offers the capability for making large-sized cartons.
 · The de-dusting device can substantially remove the dust and dirt from the printing surface of the sheets and enhance the printing quality.

•Features in electric control system
    95% of machine eletrical elements use international famous brands. The control center uses Japan Omron PLC and color touch screen system that has higher reliability, lower failure and higher efficency, and is easy to learn and operate; the main machine and fan motor applies transducer speed regulation, stable and energy saving; touch screen is fitted for each section, making operation easier, PC carries out all parameter setting, simple and visible, each phase and slot height are controleed and defined using transducer,being accurate; interval feeding is available, easy for large-sized cardboard printing; o-position return, printing position memory during wiping and auto restoration are available, reducing the time for adjustment; auto ink monitoring system that warns first and stop to feed next when the ink is shortage; each section is pneumatically locked and electrically separable, and the feeding wheel auto brakes during separation to guarantee the precision in next printing; has several orders input function. which will store more orders when connected to PC and implement ordering, clients management, report forms printing etc.; distance maintenance and parameter repair may be carried out.
•Features in the four-shaft front roller feeding unit
 · The four-shaft front roller feeding system makes feeding more accurate. Feeding thin and bending sheets becomes easier.
 · The sheet feeding stroke can be preset so as to reduce the feeding pressure of the sheet-pulling roller.
 · Continuous feeding, skip feeding or single-sheet feeding is possible. The attached counter can accurately record the quantity of production.
 · The front edge of the sheets is takedn as the baseline so that mechanical errors are reduced and the printting and slotting can be more accuratly positioned.
 · The air flow and pressure are controlled by a frequency converter to satisfy the requirements for the thickness and size of the sheets.
 · A touch screen is adopted for adjusting the spacing between the sheet-pulling rollers and the pressure. Adjustment can be made quickly and conveniently.
 · The highly efficient de-dusting device can substantially remove the dust and dirt from the printing surface of the sheets and enhance the printing quality.
 · The rear sheet holder can move forward and backward through pneumaticc and electric control. Adjustment can be made quickly.

•Features in the ejector back-kicking paper feeding section.
 
 · Applies vacuum absorption auxiliary back-kick paper feeding system; theabsorption force is adjustable according to different cardboard thickness and absorbs the cardboard onto the feeding table, then enters into the printing section smoothly.
 · The positions of side blocking plte, kick cardboard and rear blocking plate are electrically adjustable; and the adjusted data are shown on the touchscreen, prompt, accurate and easy.
 · The delivery mechanism at the side blocking plate allows the cardboard to be sent out smoothly and accurately.
 · The upper paper-feeding roller is warpped with wearable rubber and subject to balance alignment; the lower paper-feeding roller is empaistic and chromeplated.
 · The gap between the roolers is electrically adjustable, and the adjusted data are shown on the touch screen.
 ·Production number setting device is fitted. needs no manual, accounting.

•Features in printing section:
 · Applies langing plate printing system, easy for plate changing; and has pedal switch, easy for plate hanging.
 · Has anilox roller plus paper feeding system auto lifting device (in feeding anilox rooler drops and contacts printing plate, whereas in stop, it rises to separate from the printing plate.)
 · The circumferential adjustment mechanism of the printing platen applies planetary gear strucure.
 · The printing phase can be subject to a 360-degree adjustment by means of a transducer a touch screen control or in an electric numeral way(in both runnin and stop statuses)
 · The inking reller uses wearable high-precision right chrome anilox roller.
 · The rubber roller is formed by means of wrapping a steel pipe with wearable rubber, and hasgood ink transfer effect.
 · Has auto low ink warning, avoiding damaging the rubber roller and anilox roller.
 · The gap between printing press wheel and paper feeding wheel is electrically adjustable, with adjusted data shown on the dial and the touch screen.
 · The transverse position can be adjusted in an electrical numeral way,with total distance adjustable from right to left being 20mm.
 · Printing phase fixing device applies electromagnetic clutch braking mechanism. When the machine table separate or adjusts the phase, the braking mechanism restricts the table rotation and maintains original gear position fixing point.
 · A 5.7'' touch screen is set on the control panel, easy for operation.
•Features in slotting section
 · The axial adjustment of line-press wheel, paper-feeding wheel and slottingknife head has touch screen data predefining and manual adjustment two manners, being prompt and accurate; and the nexxt order sizes can be prede fined during production.
 ·The scoring roller, the feeding roller and th slotter seat move axially, guided by a rolling straight guiding track so that movement is stable and positioning is accurate.
 · The slot phase applies transducer and touch screen control, can be electrically regulated within 360-degree in numeral (both in running and stop) ,has restoration function; and can store orders.
 · A 10.4'' touch screen is et on the control panel that can control the feeding section, printing section and slotting section, easy to operate.
 · The gap between line-press wheel, feeding wheel and the slotting knife head is electrically adjustable,with adjusted data shown on the dial and the touch screen.
 ·Has central knife moving, being able o produce large-sized 2-piece cartons.
 · The slotter shaft and the feeding roller shaft are hard-chrome platedd and finely polished, enjoying long lifespan and no vibration during moving.

•Features in die cutting unit
 
 · The rubber roller is designed as folded rubber cushion, providing convenience and ease for removal, installation and replacement.
 · The rubber roller can move axially 50mm leftward and rightward, controlled by a hydraulic control system. The displacement of each round of rotation is adjustable to ensure a steady and reliable movement.
 · A frequency converter is adopted at the phase position of the die cutter unit. The touch screen and the electric-digital device provide 360-degree adjustment. Order forms can e stored in the system.
 ·The transverse position of the die can be regualated through the electric-digital adjuster. The total adjustable distance is about 20mm.
 · A PLC touch screen is used to control the spacing between the die roller and the ruber roller.
 · A speed difference offsetting device is adopted that can automatically adjust the rotation speed of the rubber roller so that the die cutting carton has exactly the same shape as the die shape.
 · The cores of the rubber roller and the die roller are made from quality steel and are hard-chrome plated and finely polished. The track path is balanced and calibrated to enhance the stability of movement.
•Features in accumulating section
 
 · The whole procedure of piling cardboards is automatically finished in the control system.
 · Paper receiving arm can be manual or auto operated.
 · Cardboard feeding speed is adjustable according to production need.
 ·Reliable safety prevention is available when the section is in work.
